DBA Manager (Oracle) recruitment

The Group Manager (DBA Management) reports to a Director of IT and is responsible for developing group-wide business plans.  Additionally, the Manager is responsible for implementing projects consistent with long-range IT plans.   In this critical role, the Manager coordinates activities with other IT unit heads and establishes and ensures compliance with policies and procedures for activities within their group.   Also, the role uses critical thinking to evaluate current methods and strategies, and implement changes and improvements while executing overall business plan in assigned areas.   Read more […]
