Our client is a law firm with offices in London and the Home Counties. The firm is going through a period of rapid expansion and is now seeking a Desktop Support Analyst with at least three years experience working in the legal sector to join its team based in Central London. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all Helpdesk calls are dealt with efficiently, effectively and in a professional manner by providing 1st and 2nd line support.
