Director of Labor Relations The Director of Labor Relations will be responsible for the management of the labor relations program for a national organization with locations though out the United States. The incumbent will analyze collective bargaining agreements to develop interpretation of intent, spirit, and terms of the contracts. Advise management and union officials in development, application, interpretation of labor relation policies and practices.
