Defense Intelligence VSAT Network (DIVN) Liaison / Subject Matter Expert (SME) will assist the Government in the overall DIVN Program system management to include: systems architecture and planning, policy development, acquisition, logistics, funding, engineering and testing, configuration management, management of the DIVN Network Operations Service Centers, applications of Information Assurance and DIVN mission usage.
