The incumbent advises senior management on the risks of new products, new processes, new business acceptance, and new strategic initiatives. The incumbent facilitates the analysis and implementation of new controls following operational risk events, missteps by competitors, or in response to detailed process reviews conducted by members of the Dreyfus Risk Management Department.
