Our client is a private equity house for real estate special situations investments in German speaking countries and beyond. The fund has equity commitments of over € 200 million and closed at the end of 2006. Until now, the fund has invested into more than 50 properties with a total investment volume of more than € 250 million. This includes both single properties and portfolios of residential and commercial buildings as well as numerous retail assets in Germany and Austria.
