Our client, a top tier global investment bank, are on the lookout for the top jnr-snr level AVPs in the market from financial reporting or financial control backgrounds. They DO NOT want long term business analysts or project managers but rather strong line controllers that have a strong element of project work or 1-3 yrs of expeirnce in a more BA/PM focussed role.
