This team provides specialist advice to private equity groups looking to sell illiquid assets, restructuring advice to institutional investors and general partners and advice on refinancing and valuations of current private equity portfolios. The team also advises and runs the fund raising process on behalf of major Private Equity Funds. This team is currently looking to bring in an additional associate.
