Help DeskOur client has a large Help Desk that supports all of its retail customers and their “point of sale” systems. The software that our client sells runs the registers, customer information systems, and order entry systems. Many times these systems fail or “go down” and the Help Desk team is responsible for assisting customers with these systems and getting them up and running.
