Main Responsibilities:Log all local regional support calls emails into the call logging system (iTrack)Assign all support calls base on SharePoint to Hong Kong User Support engineer and/or different ITEC teams (local regional)Follow up the status of all outstanding support cases which owned by or assigned to the HK User Support team and communicate to our users via telephone, and e-mail to update the status of their requests/incidents.
