Helpdesk specialists required for 3 months contracts based in the Hemel Hempstead area. Payrate between £9-10 pr Hour depending on experience. Candidates must have previous Helpdesk support experience and a strong Customer Service background. This is a busy service desk environment where you will be dealing with priority calls between 40-50 pr day.
