The role will require you to manage a mixed case load across CVL’s MVL’s, administrations and bankruptcies. Your duties will include preparing Section 98 reports, d-reports and annual meeting reports, liaising with creditors and solicitors and producing case reviews to ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act 1986.
