Main DutiesDuties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and assist in monitoring internal control activities not limited to SOX, Internal audit review, account reconciliation review, policies, procedures review, etc… within FDS.Assist in ongoing assessment of the existing control environment, identify areas of potential control weaknessCo-ordinate action plans to improve control processes; monitor progress toward remediation.
