This is an On-Call position. The Janitor must be a team player who provides safe, decent, and affordable housing to the residents of the community.  The Janitor/Housekeeper will work in conjunction with maintenance staff to coordinate an appropriate schedule to meet the regular operational maintenance requirements of the property.
