Associate – Leveraged Finance Corporate Funding recruitment
The individual will work with the Senior Originators and will be responsible for execution, underwriting, syndication, and closings of debt transactions for the Investment Fund. For deals slated for syndication/placement, the Associate will assist in the pricing, structuring, preparation of information memoranda and associated materials for distribution.
