We are assisting our client, located in Quincy, in their search for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate: receives customers’ requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person; responds to verbal and written inquiries from perspective clients.
