Overview:The Proprietary Fund Group (“PFG”) is responsible for Western Asset (“WA”) unregistered (non -1940 Act) branded Funds involving Domestic and Cayman LLC, LTD, and Private Equity Structures comprising over 58 Funds with ~$30 billion in AUM.
