Primary Responsibilities: Work on all New Business Existing Accounts upselling opportunities in the 10 to 99 space for the entire MidAtlantic market. Support sales efforts targeted at potential renewal accounts. Prepare proposals for renewals. Research, analyze and identify root causes of complex service issues for brokers and customers.
