The Medical Director serves as the Lead Clinical Advisor for the Health Care Improvement Aim. Support the efforts of each AIM, with a primary focus on the hospital issues for the Healthcare Improvement Aim. Guide provider, stakeholder, and QIO staff, as evidenced by the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist each Aim by fostering team building and engaging in Internal Quality Control Plan elements.
