Job Description:IMMEDIATE NEED: Medical Phone RoomWe are a very large Oncologist practice looking for a highly skilled Medical Phone Room representative. We receive anywhere from 200-400 calls per day. Your role is the “gate keeper”, you will need to ask questions to determine what the caller is needing and who the call should be directed to. You need to have experience with upset patients and be able to keep calm in that situation.
