Management Associate

Management Associate is an entry level position for recent college graduates which provide a 12 month training period to prepare for an Operations Management position in the Iron Producing division at our Gary Works facility. Training consists of classroom and “hands on” work experiences in areas such as: Safety, Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, and Problem Solving.
