Role OverviewThe TAM/BAS Programmes (www.ebrd.com/tambas) comprise of TurnAround Management (TAM) and Business Advisory Services (BAS) and is an integral part of the Banking Department. TAM and BAS are complementary programmes which aim to develop management skills in local private enterprises utilising Donor funds.
