Network Service Assurance (NSA) is accountable for the UBS responsibilities necessary to correctly partner with CSC in delivering Management Network Services (MNS) for Infrastructure Service Delivery. This role is a member of the APAC Infrastructure Service Delivery (ISD) Management team and reports to ISD APAC Regional Manager based in Singapore.The majority of Networks Service Delivery is outsourced to CSC via a long-term managed service agreement.
