Facilities Responsibillities: Managerial Manage the allocate staff (perm. temp.) in all its aspects including hiring, training career development, prepare and conduct performance appraisals semi-annually etc. Finance Office expenses: monitor and seek to reduce (e.g. negociations with vendors) Budget: Input to PBA budget planning process, identify capital requirements, record quarterly PBA amounts Stay within established PO budget during the fiscal year, capture accurate invoice data and make timely payments to POs.
