Job Description:Law firm in Daytona Beach is looking for a Paralegal to join their team:Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in Civil Litigation. Duties include management of civil litigation, including, assisting with drafting of discovery, motions and pleadings, calendaring all court events and deadlines, case management, preparing attorneys for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trial, etc. Also to assist with corporate formations, preparation of demand letters, corporate resolutions, letters of intent, contracts.
