This position manages a staff of 3 in the execution of payroll processing for 3800+ hourly and salaried U.S. employees.  Manager is accountable for the development and implementation of procedures and policies to enhance the effectiveness of the payroll function in accordance to federal and state laws.  Supervise work, train and development staff.  Provide high level customer support to HR, managers and employees in the resolution of payroll related issues.  Spearhead and manage conversion to bi-weekly payroll in November 2012.  Manages Payroll Vendors and facilitates contract negotiations.  Read more […]
