The service manager is required to support delivery of the TWC Apollo Operate SOW which is already contracted. The Service manager will need to be on the customers site for a period of one year and support the XXX products delivered as part of the overall CTS Cluster agreemnt (Build, Deploy, Operate). The Service Manager plays a critical role in that as well as providing daily status of the cluster, they will provide forward looking guidance.
