New plant start up adding a swing shift operation. Producing Smart Ones Frozen entrees as part of the H. J. Heinz Company. Most positions working in cold temperatures and standing during most of the shift. Currently running 4/10 hour shifts of production; support departments running 5/8 hour shifts in some cases. Openings primarily on swings and third shift. Job starts at $11.00; going to $11.75 after a successful 90 day evaluation and potential to increase over 40% in wages as a person qualifies in more positions.
