Qualified Mortgage Underwriter Needed in Downtown RichmondPosition is responsible for preparing loan files to submit to end investor or MI company based on the underwriting requirements at time of origination. Requires due diligence re-underwrite and identification of missing documents based on AUS findings or manual underwrites. Team mate will be required to contact LOB, appraiser, settlement agent or borrower to obtain missing credit documents or post close documents.
