The Residence Manager will insure a proper staffing ratio through the assigned residence, monitor benefit use, overtime being worked, and accommodate staff vacation coverage needs in conjunction with the Residence Director. Also they will assist with overtime management by adjusting schedules accordingly to provide and ensure adequate coverage.
