Residential Case Manager (QDDP) AWS is looking for a flexible, dedicated person to assist in overseeing group home setting serving adults w/ intellectualdisabilities high medical needs. CaseManager will develop monitor individual support plans, serve as a liaison, provide support, training supervision to staff, provide crisis inter-vention comply w/ all state federal regulations.
