Maintains maximum protection for the safety and security of patients, hospital employees, visitors and FHCS facilities. Completes assigned security and safety rounds and reports all noted discrepancies. Represents the hospital by providing assistance, directions, or information in a friendly, courteous manner. Works with other departments to achieve patient satisfaction.
