Our client is building one of the largest oil storage terminals in the UAE as part of a JV with a significant International oil and gas company.Financing and partners have all been put in place for this project, with construction about to begin. The storage facility will be able to cater for over a million cubic meters of oil and already has guaranteed storage revenue for 10yrs.
