Senior Occupancy Analyst The Senior Occupancy Analyst has complete familiarity with the CRE portfolio and a working knowledge of the various business groups’ operation. The position is responsible for the development of long term portfolio strategies that align with the Enterprise Real Estate ERE mandate to provide space where and when needed by the business in such a manner that it creates a financial advantage over our competitors.
