Job Description: Responsible for the preparation and/or review of corporate, partnership, trust, foundation, sales, payroll, and individual income tax filings and returns within the Corporate Tax Department. Must be familiar with Schedule M-3. Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual tax provision calculations; Assist with extensions (1065, 1120, 990, 1041, 1120s, 1040); Assist with the identification of information reporting requirements.
