RESPONSIBILITIESTake responsibility for the total shipment; both process and documentation.Liaise and interact regularly with ship brokers, ship agents, surveyors and third party vendors, traders, other regional offices and clients.Plan the logistics for both purchase and sale contracts.Send vessel nominations and vessel substitutions. Contract management and administration.Manage and reconcile physical trade and futures positions. Coordinate with the finance team to check and reconcile profit loss items of physical contracts.
