Required: Valid PA Blasters License OR 1. 21 years of age 2. 1 year blasting experience (general experience working with explosives) AND 3. Ability to pass the Notice of Clearance by successfully completing the US Dept. of Justice Employee Possessor Questionnaire (felony criminal background check)
