Sr. Tax Manager- Ad Valorem Tax– Sr. Tax Manager- Ad Valorem Tax Description PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES – File annual renditions to meet the compliance requirements. – Negotiate valuations with the appropriate taxing officials. – Meet with county appraisers at field sites as necessary to make sure only the appropriate assets are taxed. – Review and process notices of appraised value and file appeals as necessary. – Process tax payments in the Chesapeake Ad Valorem Tracking System. – Participate in special projects as necessary.
