Superintendent (Low Voltage)
Our client is looking for a Superintendent to work on a 15,000 sq. ft. Permanent Broadcast Facility (PBF) project with a a construction cost of $17 million. The space consists of studios, control rooms, editing facilities, production areas, and a Broadcast Equipment Room (BER). The BER has 5 CRAC units, an inert gas fire extinguishing system, access flooring, etc. Various rooms have floating vibration isolation floors and other acoustic treatments.
