This role will perform middle office governance role in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) framework liaising closely with offshore CRM desk in Mumbai. Coordinate material cost forecasting process across clusters and own overall responsibility on forecast accuracy across portfolios. Ensure transparency and full coverage in forecasting tool.
