The Bridge of Central MA is currently hiring a Supported Housing Counselor to work out of one of our Southbridge Mental Health Programs. This program works with individuals in Soutbhridge and surrounding towns. This program provides outreach, support, and rehabilitative services to individuals that currently receive mental health services.
