As the Lawyer – Traded Products Documentation for APAC at UBS, you will work closely with your colleagues in Legal and Compliance, Credit, Collateral management to support the FICC and Equities business in APAC including Singapore, HK, India, Korea, China, Taiwan.Key tasks and responsibilities include:Advising, drafting and negotiating agreements for trading financial products, including prime brokerage, custody, OTC derivatives (ISDA and CSA), exchange traded derivatives, repo (GMRA) and securities financing (GMSLA), and derivatives linked to syndicated loans and debt capital market transactions.
