Transaction Management – ISDA recruitment
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 – 3 years proven experience in a transaction documentation environment and be able to draft ISDA templates and manage the negotiation process throughout its life-cycle. Our client is interested in candidates with Derivatives documentation experience, the ability to set up the ISDA framework and with good understanding of regional issues.
