US GAAP Tax Accountant – Germany & CEE recruitment
We are looking for an experienced (US GAAP) Tax Accountant with expertise in FAS 109 to join a business in Frankfurt.Some of the key areas of responsibility in this Tax Accountant role include:- Overseeing the quarterly and year end current and deferred tax account reconciliations for Germany and CEE- Assist in the review of Tax projections for planning sessions- Maintain ASC 740 B/S Accounts with special focus on quarterly and annual review of deferred tax assets.- Ownership of all Tax Accounting related reporting locally, to the European and US HQ.- Maintain FIN48 identification and documentation Read more […]
