Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be part of the management team responsible for risk evaluation of investment proposals and asset management plans. You will formulate a robust risk management framework which entails risk identification, assessment and mitigation, and implement processes and a system for controls and on-going monitoring. You will review valuation model and assumptions, key drivers of transaction risks and exit assumptions.
