Manage the deliverables of the compliance portion of a site acquisition project which may include: Phase 1 or Phase 2 Environmental reports, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reports, RF Exposure Safety reports, AM studies and FAA/FCC approvals. Provide quality control over deliverables. Supervise outside vendor partners, environmental engineers, and others to ensure transactions close within defined timeframes.
