TAL Call Handler
An NHS organisation based in Milton Keynes are looking for an Appointments Line Adviser on a temporary basis.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Book appointments for patients
Amend or cancel appointments
Forward patients details to hospitals where necessary
Answering enquiries and directing to the relevant department
Monitor and filter calls
Responsibility for providing a high quality of call handling.
All candidates must be fully flexible covering shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-4pm weekends and bank holidays.
