The role:
We have a great story to tell, one of the best we believe. We recently developed our EVP and some years ago launched our careers website. All of these things are a step forward for us. We don’t shout about what we do but we believe in what we do. Why do we need help? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f) to take all the things we’ve done, take them to market and help us create a talent pipeline for the future. We have impressive growth plans and are acquisitive so whilst we have great people already we need more.
You’ll provide leadership on resourcing strategy and operations and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Moog EVP in all the Moog territories in Europe.
You’ll bring:
- European Resourcing and recruitment communications/marketing experience across multiple markets from more than 2 different organisation types
- Extensive experience in the understanding, refinement and implementation of recruitment systems and processes across culture, country and language
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with experience in a multinational/-lingual environment
- University degree, ideally in Business, Psychology, HR or marketing or equivalent
Location: the role can be based from any of these Moog EU sites: Germany (Boeblingen), UK (Tewkesbury), Italy (Malnate), Netherlands (Nieuw Vennep)
