Position Description:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will Implement and manage strategic recruitment and employment programs for the company. This position will develop, direct, plan, and evaluate the external recruitment and internal transfer programs to satisfy the company's staffing requirements while ensuring that the staffing processes align with current and future workforce needs. Specific responsibilities include:

• Partners with facility, regional and corporate department heads to proactively assess and develop in-depth and innovative talent acquisition strategies and plans to fill position vacancies.

• Provide guidance and act as subject matter expertise for future talent acquisition planning.

• Aggressively recruits qualified candidates utilizing a variety of sources and creative recruitment strategies, including social media, military organizations, colleges, recruitment events, and industry specific organizations.

• Oversees the full-cycle recruitment process including, candidate assessments/screenings, interviews, hiring manager referrals; provide guidance in the offer/negotiation phase.

• Work toward goals of attracting and recruiting top quality candidates while minimizing time-to-fill and maximizing recruitment budget. Track and maintain talent acquisition metric data including recruitment efficiency data, diversity hiring data, time to fill, etc.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 10 years of experience in staffing/recruiting.

• Must have demonstrated knowledge of a variety of talent acquisition concepts, practices, trends and procedures, including knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws and hiring guidelines.

• The ability to elicit trust and credibility with all levels of the company.

• Some knowledge and a general understanding of other HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, training, and benefits.

• Working knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems (RMS).

• Above average verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
