Talent Acquisition Speciialist
This temporary Entry Level opportunity is with Randstad internal. It is a corporate environment with an emphasis on flexibility and a sense of urgency.
The Talent Acquisition specialist is responsible for supporting Onboarding processes for all geographic markets across lines of service. The role will interface daily with our clients, new joiners, vendors and contractors in a professional and empathetic manner that is consistent with the client's brand and great place to work initiatives. The Talent Acquisition specialist will work on assignments requiring the use of specialized skills, analytical and/or problem solving capabilities. Specialist will need to be familiar with and understand concepts and terminology associated with daily responsibilities as well as be able to apply explicit rules, policies and procedures to routine decisions.
Working hours: Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
Bachelor's Degree
-Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
-Call Center experience a plus
-Administrative Assistant Experience a plus
-HR experience a plus
-Experience with databases a plus
-Lotus Notes a plus
-Proficient with MS Excel and Word
